Default Really bad service by vizomax.com screen protector sellers.

vizomax.com they may also go by http://tv-protector.com/.. since the email also have this ( and they are both in Illinois)

Long story short I order a 65 inch protector.. they tell you to look at the actual width which is 56-58" which is fine for the 65 inch size.. simple middle school algebra will tell you what height you need... yup they F'd up.. it's about 4 inches too short. So I call them.. leave a message..twice. They finally respond to my 4-5th email with : We refunded you $150 dollars, if you want a full refund ship it back to them (at my cost) or keep it and the $150. WOW what great service huh...

Umm did you actually look at the width of the 65VT30?
    From the VT30 thread: 65VT30 with stand (inches): 39.2 (h) x 61.9 (w) x 15.8 (d)
So almost 62" and their site flat out says that the one they have labeled for a 65" TV is if its 56" to 58" wide. It looks like they don't have one big enough for the 65VT30. I'm guessing the extra width is due to the 65VT30 bezel being larger.

    Their return policy is:
    100% Satisfaction Guaranteed:

You risk nothing. If you are unhappy for any reason you can return your TV screen protector within 45 days of purchase. No questions asked. We provide full refund less shipping charges for undamaged products in original packaging.

So to get a full refund, you'd have to ship it back on your own costs.

My actual screen width is a smidge over 56.. so well within their claimed 56-58. In addition this is held on by velcro..on all sides.. so with the height of plexiglass given to me the velcro would be on the screen. Everyone else that sells these damn things has their 65 inches size in the 35 inch height range (which would be enough) I think they screwed up personally..which is why I dont feel I even need to pay shipping back to them.

Are you just measuring the viewable screen area or the entire front glass portion? Is it not even large enough to cover the viewable portion of the screen or just not large enough to cover all of the glass?

It would've been nice if they just put the dimensions of each protector on their site so it would be easier to see if it would fit or not.

I still think you were lucky to get the $150 refund without having to send it back at all since their return policy is pretty clear. If you're not going to use it, just sell it on ebay or something or pay the $30 to ship it back to them and get the remaining amount of the cost of the item. All in all, its your choice to keep the cover and the $150 or pay $30, send it back, and get around another $100 back. If you keep it, as long as you sell it for more than $70, you'll be coming out on top.

exactly... it not even large (high) enough to cover the screen. Yes I would have been nice if the dimensions where listed, I guess I had a little too much faith in simple geometry being commonly known.
I plan to list it on craiglist..I'd by shocked if it only cost me $30 to ship back.. it's kinda heavy 15lbs and large (just not large enough)
