I just purchased the Harmony One. Get the 900 or 1100 if you need both RF and IR (the One only supports IR). That is the main difference from the One according to Logitech's website. The 1100 is obviously a different form-factor and has a much larger touch screen.

I've had the One for several years, and find it intuitive and useful. That said, I'd buy the 900 if I could -- I'm looking to hide a lot of my equipment in cabinets now, and the integrated RF would be a huge help.
The 1100 doesn't much appeal to me -- I can operate the One without looking at it most of the time, and it's very comfortable to hold.
Note. The remote doesn't support RF signals to you equipment. It uses it's own RF to communicate to an IR blaster that you'd have to put in with your equipment. If you have a device that only supports RF remotes none of the Harmony's do it.
If you look for the bad in displays expecting to find it, you surely will.
I'm not a calibrator but I play one on my TV.
