Just got some IKEA Dioder lights!

I just got my IKEA Dioder lights today in the mail! I'm pretty stoked! I have seen a few pics of other people's HT with these lights and it looks Awesome. It only took me about 15 mins to install the 4 light strips to the back of my TV, these things have 7 different colors. I will take some pics tonight when its dark to show everyone.

Here are some pics of my dioder lights,they would be more noticable but my front speakers are blocking the light.

That looks really cool Sarge. Different colors for different moods would be a nice addition to any room, I would think.

Now if we could hard wire into one of them there mood rings from the early 80's we would never have to get up from our seat, J/K of course. They look really cool nice addition to your HT.

Actually I was just wishing there was some way to rig up IR control for them. It would be awesome to turn on/off and change color from a Harmony...

Very good idea! I could possibly hook it up to the "Clapper" to turn it on or off.

That looks pretty cool sarge. I like how it lights the stairs up behind the tv. That really looks sweet.

Thanks a lot guys for the nice comments. I wasn't sure it was going to look right because I don't have a solid wall behind my TV,but I guess it looks alright.

It really looks good in the pics. Do you have a favorite color on it.
