Thread: What do you guys think about this stand?

It's a bigun. I like it too, if the queen gives the OK (she has to approve all furniture ), Ill prob order it soon. Ive been leaning between stand and wall mount, and I feel the VT30 would look nice on this baby. Should be built well looking at the price, and I like the spot in the middle for the center.

First report from the ways & means committee is we are a go!

Take some measurements of your center channel speaker and you components... to make sure they'll fit inside the cabinet.

What color you're going with? They have black with the silver accent trims to go with the silver slither bezel on yaw's VT30... which I know yaw really like.

Good thought barney. Wife is down with walnut and black, but black and silver would be nice. The stand is 65" wide, and if you notice the center channel opening is from bottom leg to bottom leg. When building on their site, it measures 20-21". My procenter 2000 is 17" wide

Your wife has good taste. Walnut is traditional and classy. Black and gray is too ghetto-ey. Makes it look like yaw is some Raiders fans or something. Sure those cabinets are gonna fit something like an Denon 4810 or Onkyo 3000?

I agree. We just bought a new dining room table thats Walnut I like it alot. The dining area is right next to the living room, so Walnut ent center makes plenty of sense. I like Bo Jackson, but not that much...

Already talked to him. I built it on line, and when I get ready in a week or so, im gonna order it thru Value Electronics.

I like it, even though thats the lighter one. Someone needs to photochop a VT30 on there for me haha

I had no idea though. I gotta start checking with Robert before I buy anything, dude sells everything.

Just got home am measured everything. I will have plenty of room, it's same height as my current stand, which has me eye level with the bottom third of the screen, perfect. It's 10" wider which will be nice too, one thing about an open center is wire control is tough.

Whats an Onkyo?
