Have had fun with this on other sites.
Last: Universal Soldier Regeneration
I actually enjoyed it, and didn't think it was cheesy, which is what I expected. Good PQ and AQ (DTS Master) too.
Next: Whip It and Sherlock Holmes this weekend

Last: Decided on Sherlock Holmes
Liked how Law and Downey got along on screen, as well the slow mo's of Holmes coming up with a solution/plan.
PQ was good, and the Audio too, even though he mumbles a bit. The bass really gets hopping in the dry dock scene, and they left it open for #2.
Next: Will either watch Whip It or Collateral.
Last Movie was Surrogates good PQ Audio was very good Typical Bruce Willis type of flick
Next will be Sherlock Holmes

Last: Whip It
Very good flick, lotta good laughs
Next: Marilyn Manson: Guns, God and Government
Last movie I watched (last night) was Tell No One. I read the book (H. Coben, one of my favorite Authors) and the movie is superb! It's a french movie with sub-titles and the BD version looks amazing. Next film will be Where The Wild Things Are.

Good if you are a fan, and the PQ was OK, but not great.

I took Bad Lieutenant off my list, then added it after I saw how it did on Rotten Tomatoes. Huh...
I went into it with moderate expectations but was anxious to see it because the original Bad Lieutenant is one of my favorite movies. When I saw Ebert gave it 4 stars and HDD gave it a positive review I knew that it had to be somewhat special but the whole movie played like a joke, making fun of itself, the subject matter... plus a bunch of goofy visuals you'd only see in a Werner Herzog movie. If you want to see Nic Cage acting crazy it's great but I can't recommend it. I wouldn't tell you to not rent it though, obviously some people enjoyed it. Just can't understand why....
