I'm definitely getting this fight!

I love Georges St-Pierre! He's my boy.

One of my favorite stories is my good buddy was in Vegas 2 years ago watching a fight during New Years. He went with Tito and Jenna. He called me on the phone and put them both on. She was wasted, but they both were so nice and wouldn't stop talking to me. I told Tido his ass should be up there fighting Chuck Lidell. He laughed.

When Tito wasn't fighting Chuck, he was my favorite. Too bad he and Dana dicked each other around. I have a feeling Ortiz will be fighting in Strikeforce or Affliction soon.

There were talks about Liddell fighting Rich Franklin at UFC 103, but Chuck has since said the last knockout hurt his brain and he's taking a year off to decide.

How old are your kids? Do you let them watch UFC?

I have a 4 year old daughter, and I do let her watch it unless it turns into a really bad bloodfest. She kinds digs it though. I have spent time explaining real life vs. in the octagon, not sure how far that goes with a 4 year old, but I'm confident she's not going to go out there and kick somebody in the head for no reason.

My son is 18 and my little girl is 11. They both watch it. But like you said, If it gets extremely bloody I just pause it.

I was able to watch the weigh ins, but after the first 4 matchups I had a client come in and tuned back in just in time for the recap. Dang it!

Totally agree!!!! He definitely won the fight. Wasn't even close.

I think one of my new favorite guys is Henderson. OMG, did he ever shut him up!!! That was brutal.

I actually mentioned to my buddy that I could see a judge giving Akiyama the fight 30-27 or Belcher the fight 29-28. Aggression and ring control was rightfully rewarded, IMO, and Akiyama got the fight. Belcher didn't hurt his stock one bit, though, and will likely be on the main card the next time he fights in the UFC.

That's what's cool about MMA. You can win a fight and get booted from a promotion or lose a fight and have your stock, payday, and popularity go up....
