Default What are you listening to?

    M83 - Saturday's=Youth

I just discovered M83 this week and it's been on a constant loop on my Ipod. I'm really loving this band and album.

    At the Drive-In - Quarantined

What type of music is M83? I might have to check them out.

This album is a homage to the soundtracks of John Hughes movies of the 80's.

I guess The Killers are huge fans, and they bought them on tour with them.

    Against Me! - Thrash Unreal

One of my favorite songs from lost year...

Kings of Leon - Only by the Night

The whole album rocks, but I really love Manhattan.

Kings of Leon are great. Saw them a few months ago and they were outstanding. However, my favorite album by them is Aha Shake Heartbreak. If you haven't heard it, I suggest you do because nearly every track is great. Their newer stuff is decent in my opinion, not comparable to their older stuff. *Looks at thread title* Whoops!

    At the Drive-In - Chanbara

Yea, I've been told that Kings of Leon older stuff is superior. I'll have to scope it out.

    Radiohead - All I need

Took a quick listen and that song and band sounds right up my alley. I'm going to have to download it and check it out.

Fixed it for ya! In order to post embedded youtube stuff just use everything after the =.

    Ex. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u3G-cB3dlhE

Use everything after the = so it would be u3G-cB3dlhE in between the youtube symbols.

The entire album Merriweather Post Pavillion is amazing. They are a very unqiue band. If you go to Metacritic, the album has an 89. That's beyond incredible. You should also check out Panda Bear's solo album, Person Pitch. It sounds like the Beach Boys on an acid trip.
