My current plan is no more display tech, and my next project is a HT after we move. I've told the wife my only real request for the next house (build or buy used) is enough room for my HT project.

My goal is 100" range 16x9 screen, with 6 chairs, 3 in each row with two rows. Probably plan to spend about $4000-5000 on the PJ. Now I just have to find the house
Seriously, it's a 3-4 year plan, but my current setup will stay in place until that happens.

Haha, well, Im years out. Paying off two cars and student loans, then will buy/build something. Im happy with my AV gear as it stands, so a PJ room is the next step.

Great Goal.
I just finished my Theater ( Almost your spec) 12.5 ft wide 23 ft long , 6 chairs ( Berkline 90's) Vu tec screen 110" Epson Projector, Onkyo 5008, Oppo 93 , 504 Pioneer Laser player .
When I moved to Phoenix had the builder not put the walls between two bedrooms and it made a great area. It was easier that way and like you that was my only requirment I gave my wife. That way I was able to use one of the closets for equipment and the other one for Storage,
