Arrow IFA SPECIAL: Mitsubishi's 3D projector puts an end to 'Mickey Mouse cinema'

Mitsubishi's new projector range, including a 3D model, was previewed at IFA under the slogan 'an end to Mickey Mouse cinema'

Though we've no idea what Walt's rodent creation has done to upset Mitsi, we get the idea that the range is meant to provide quality home cinema whatever your budget. The flagship prodMitsubishi's HC3200uct is an as-yet unnamed 3D model with three SXRD panels, a contrast ratio of 120,000:1, brightness of 1000 lumens, motorised focus, zoom and lens-shift, and two HDMI inputs.

The only problem with "stored" electronic's that have motor drives and belts, is that those components dryout or develop "flat spots" at any points where the have been "in contact" with other drive components (like wheels or drive post etc) and they are usually rendered unusable after any extended period of non-use. I had a super sweet Roberts Reel to Reel 10" recorder professional tape recorder that spent about 10 years well wrapped and prepared to no avail. it was a worthless piece on Electronic's but it still brought 300 bucks on Ebay.
