There certainly are advantages to that...but..I can actually walk to get my groceries/booze or whatever....and everything is so close..it's unreal...I live in a waterfront community/water view... and I have a sat dish(no obstructions)so it makes up for it..but yea..I'd love to be able to rattle the windows sometimes... Ever since my wife and I bought our new house and have our dedicated home theater in the basement I can crank my system up as loud as I want. In our last apartment were limited because of downstairs neighbors that loved to call the cops instead of just asking us to turn it down. Bastards!!!
