Man, I just took a peak at the AVS owners thread and the eD forums, it does not look good. Almost seems like they may be fixing to go out of business.

Dunno, could be mindless rumormongering.

I know at one point both Epik and Elemental were taking a very long time to get there sub's shipped out but that was due to them being swamped and it was no secret. When you called to order you were told up front that it was going to take that long so you can't really hold that against them.
As far as customer service I have heard a few people bitch, but not to the extent that some of those guys are talking about. I have dealt with their customer service on three different occasions all for very different things, and I was treated very well, and got off the phone a happy person.
Them going out of business is news to me.
Either way with the money you are spending you are better off with other companies anyway.

Looks awesome. I pretty much sold on Rythmik and the FV15HP. Its a beast, and has very good build quality. I plan to watch that new company from the SVS guys though, because that dual 15" cabinet has me interested.

You know what Jason, after thinking about it more I think the Rythmik is really the way to go. Bottom line is the Rythmik is just much much higher quality. Dude it is a hell of a sub for the money!! When you look at what you get in the amp and the driver and the amount of spl you get, it really is a good deal. I mean the results you posted show it being neck in neck with the SVS and that is no easy task. Also Rythmik's rep is among the best.

Yeah man, I just keep coming back to it. And Gos loving his helps. I've had boom for awhile now, I think I want some tight bass, and it seems this would be a good choice.

LOL, he is a picky bitch.
His sub looks damn good man, and it's been damn impossible to find anyone saying something bad about a Rythmik 15". Accurate and deep bass, as well as superb build quality.

It's gonna be a little change for me. I've had downfiring, more budget orientated 12's for the last 3 years.
I'll tell you one thing, as soon as I bought these Klipsch towers and center, all that searching hit an abrupt stop.

It's their ported, higher power (600w RMS) 15". It's basically the best single woofer sub they have with regards to SPL.
LFE meets accuracy and control
FV15HP is our answer to the need for a high power home theatre solution that retains the dynamic and accurate bass that we have become known for. Correctly integrated, our vented subwoofers can achieve the tight bass normally associated with a sealed enclosure, yet with greater low frequency output. We recommend this subwoofer for systems in which home theatre has a high priority.
