"Two 4-1/2 inch bass drivers pressure-coupled to two 4-1/2 inch planar Low-Bass Radiators"

That description is almost an oxymoron...

These are based on the Mirage tower speaker minus the omni-directional top mounted mid/tweeter dispersion array.
If your considering tower speakers check out these:

I'm just curious Rizz...how much time do you spend on Ebay? You seem to lock in on some great deals.

I buy a lotta shit there and have saved a bundle. I bought my XBR4 through ebay and saved over 1000.00 when I got it. Bought my BR Sony 32" paid 460. with shipping (factory authorized refurber w/guarantee saved $350) (mint brand new in the box) Got my Denon 3805 via Ebay retailer ( retail 1299.00 paid 900.00+ ship 30.00), located my speaker system thru an ebay E-tailer ( a custom home theater contractor who bought them for a customer who changed their mind and wanted the Silver set, their loss my gain) Bought my Sony S550 thru ebay E-tailer with Micosoft cash back offer 30% off retailers price of 359.99 last Nov. actual cost approx 255.00.And my Harmony remote, Monster surge protector and more, my savings all toll approx 3000. Better in my pocket than in the bank acct of some retailer. And had no bad experiences, just have to buy cautiously.

I use E-bay only it the Largest international auction site and one of the largest corp in the world, with a ton of safe guards and with the use of PayPal ( a sub of E-Bay) I get buyer protection. I recently bid and won a Harmony remote 1100. it ended up being a fraudulent auction I was notified by E-bay of their intercepting the fraud and my 325.00 was reimbursed to my PayPal acct within 72 hours. I'm afraid of other auction sites as they are not as sophisticated and well organized as E-Bay Google them you'll be amazed at their organization. Of course there are always unscrupulous people trying to scam others there but once you become familiar with how to shop there, it's a win win situation.
