Default Optical out to analog speakers: Any options besides Gefen

My TV only has an optical audio out and I am trying to connect analog stereo speakers. Gefen makes exactly what I need shown here:

    http://www.gefen.com/kvm/dproduct.jsp?prod_id=4907

However, this product is not sold in stores and I'd rather not order online. Are there any other options besides this Gefen device that I could find in a store?

The one from Monoprice is from digital optical to DIGITAL coaxial, not analog.
