I listened to some of these while I was testing out receivers at Magnolia last weekend. They sounded fantastic. Just want to see if other people have checked them out and what you all think.

I own some stuff.
I bought the Take (now "Take Classic") speakers nearly... 7 or 8 years ago? Terrific value!
They are part of the Klipsch network...there must be 900 zillion speakers to chose from these days...tons of choices at all price levels...

My 7.1 Speaker system is the Energy C series. I have C300's for fronts a cc-100 for center and C100's for the 4 surrounds. I have the S12.3 Sub-woofer. I did tons of research when I was hunting an upgrade to my JVC satellite speaker system. I have not regretted the choice once. Now the wife has when its movie time... I always get that does it have to be that loud comment![]()
They are indeed very nice speakers, and can be found very cheap online every now and then.
Magnepan, B&K, Emotiva, HSU
Is there a woman in the world that doesn't think its too loud?? LOL My ex used to always ask that same question. My response was " I paid all this money for this equipment and if the bass isn't jarring your kidneys lose then it needs to louder". LOL. Hence I said EX. She got the tv but I got the surround. LOL
