Default Forums that have subforums and then more subforums.

Would it be possible to open up the subforums to the main forums? I mean to find the proper place to post something you have to open up forums upon forums.

I understand the way it is now, it keeps the site nice and simple and you don't have to scroll that far down, but I hate to search for something.

To me at least it would be easier to have everything opened up.

Creating a poll to see who wants what.
My son Dominc just died recently at being seven months and if you don't mind making a small donation please look for the donate button on the main page.

    Thank you,
    Keith

    Hi homank76,

Personally I prefer having to dig down a little bit over having all sorts of otherwise unrelated subforums littering the landscape. The way it is now, when I know what I'm looking for I know just where to find it.

    David

I'm with homank on this one. But, too bad there isn't a user specific menu that allows you to organize things the way you like. THAT would be way cool. Haha - kind of like your favorite "look"

    Hi GOS,

That would be nice, though I doubt there's any practical way of doing it.

I would like the sports form to just be a sports form and not itemized by each individual sport. Same with the gaming forum.

That's pretty typical functionality in web portal software, but I'm not sure I've ever seen it in a discussion forum. 'Twould be nice, though.

I dont see a problem with sports being easier to get too, we are mostly guys

The others should stay, because they used to be public, then it was decided to bury them a bit. No need to move them back out again, we aren't the US government.

One thing missing from the options, that many forums have, is the ability to "hide" forums that do not interest. This way, when on the main page, or in a sub forum, only the forums you wanna see show up. I love this.

Hmm, really? I know we can hit the arrow key up, to hide the entire FORUM, but can hyou show me an example of a forum where each forum can be hidden? I will be happy to look into that for you.

After thinking about it, sports is a stretch. It should stay in Social, because this is a HD site.
